cPCI 32ch-2W MUX

1. Introduction​

The cPCI 32ch-2W MUX is a 1-to-32 channel 2-wire multiplexer.

2. Features​

  • Channels: 32 Channels (2-wire)
  • Current Load: Each PIN can withstand up to 1A current.
  • Application: Low contact resistance characteristics make it very suitable for automated measurement applications.
  • Expandability: Two cPCI 32ch-2W MUX cards can be combined to form a 1-to-32ch 4-wire measurement system.

Instructions​

When using, simply connect the +/- terminals of the instrument to COM +/-, and connect Ch_X +/- to the DUT pins respectively, enabling a set of instruments to measure up to 32 DUTs.
